The subtitle of your book is the invisible epidemic. Is that right? Ly, it's a form of invisibility that isa due to the fact that it's omnipresent. You also distinguish between chronic trama and am acute. And this all ties back into how, if we're around people who are tramatized than we ourselves, it's impossible to be healthy if the people around you are miserable.
