The History of the Crimea

I don't think they're ever going to get the Crimea. I mean, 1783, they kicked out the Ottomans. So over 200 years, 240 years, it's been Russian. He took it without even firing a shot, really. And as he pointed out, and a number of publications and in podcast, 25% and more of Western Ukraine has only been Ukrainian since 1945. It was Poland. The deal was that Stalin got to take the eastern part of Poland. That's now the western part of Ukraine.
