So many people use Python who we just have no way of getting in touch with. Anyone looking at a survey and responding to it is already in the top 5%. That's the actual Python user. Some of the best feedback that we do get comes from as well as kind of people who get actual issues reported to them. We get people complaining about things that they'd never think to take out in public, but they'll happily put on an internal list.
