We need to bring in some kind of a system wherein we make our full-fledged medical graduates to realize their social obligation just because they don't want to go to the rural area now. We probably will have to reinvent the family physician concept and get people into the family doctor concept or family medicine concept Dr. Ravi Agrawal says. He adds that there are areas where we do have adequate medical graduates but then still we find the rural areas suffer from deficiency.
