In sales and marketing, we always try to reduce the amount of pain activation that someone has. But what we do have a lot of oll over as brands and his businesses is the rewardactivation. And this actually maps perfectly to e the general learning process. We go through this little process of awareness before we buy a product or a service. As we go through each stage of that, this five stages,  what is valuable to us at each stage changes. And so if you understand those stages, it then becomes very easy to create lead magnets and the appropriate follow up campaign for that stage.
