If you look at any range of products, there are some real hero products that drive probably the majority of the revenue. And then there is a lot of smaller products that better have a good purpose. A smart business person could realize that they are stretching themselves too thin in directions that are not actually all that valuable for them or their consumer. So instead cut back on the things that aren't working as well and then figure out how to create more value for the people that are their core consumer.
