What Is the Free Market?
Andiwa: I think the austrians essentially define it as a form of voluntary exchange where there is no compulsion, no thread violence, no threat of aggression against property. So let me ask questions about that one. Ah, and this, as i mentioned to you off line before the show, my under understanding of a pure free market gets a little cloudy in relationship to violence,. Because violence is something that is inherent centralizing overtime. You have to actually have protection from violence to have free trade. But the protector, government, the monopolis on violence, often becomes a the entity that demands tribute for its services. And then if you could talk a bit about the when you became acquainted
