"What I see sometimes is a state of agitation. It's avoidance of doing what you were doing before, but getting yourself all agitated and distracted," he says. "Do we really need to know what is going on everywhere in the world right this minute or even today? Can we go a day without knowing if you've gone away with your family for a vacation?" He adds: "This is really a habit. Culture isn't forced on us Right? It's just there, but it's our habit on whether we want to participate in it or not."
