The house price to median income is like, I don't know, eight or nine for Canada. And then Montreal is like five and then Calgary's four or something. Vancouver is one of the most expensive cities in the entire world. But as long as we remain at this level, there's guys, there's always going to be money coming in to play against, you know, this turning the other way.
