The Sacrifice That Needs to Be Made

Letting go judgment against yourself and others, that's what binds us into a prison. And it doesn't mean that we have to be around people that are abusive. Sometimes the best thing to do is o completely cut off some one you can still let go of judgment. Judgment is the extra story our mind is telling us that is blocking us from seeing the deeper lessons that we came here to see and learn from. Ya, that's the sacrifice that needs to be made, the sacrifice ive taken credit for it.
