How to Build Relationships With Your Perfect Customers

In chapter six of your book, you say he're building relationships with his perfect customers in a way that is respectful and inclusive. Can you give us examples of how someone may come across as being overbearing or creepy? A big principle that we used in the development of our learning lab here in mesa is what we call listen first. And it's just really doing an analysis of understanding who would be those partners to collaborate with. This means when you get up for the first time, you don't pitch all this stuff right away. We should all be doing things to promote our business rather than trying to do everything at once.
