Is the CDO a Temporary Role?
Roxanne Jones: I really like your overview of why the CDO in some ways may be a temporary role for many because it demarcates a change that needs to happen. But once it has happened, it becomes pervasive and perhaps at least the title becomes less necessary. "I think if you believe that it's everybody's job to do digital, then what we want to do is kind of grow that skill across the organization," she says.
