The farm is at the northwestern tip of nicaragua, and you can see the ocean around it. It's got a big lagoon and the fresh water lagoon in the inside, and hot springs all round it. The land has about six months of very dry from late november to about may. In the rest of the season, it is the green season, where it rains a lot. And they love this season where it's kind of the rainy season, from a couple months ago till october ish. They have to rip the whole plant out of the ground after harvest every year - but that doesn't happen too often.
