The Importance of Consistency in Ratings

I think the only thing that rating really corresponds with in my opinion is consistency like how often are you. I met this guy while streaming his rate at about 300 and he wanted to play me but they actually played great except for moments right it would be like right playing great playing great hung my queen and I'm like how is this person 300 oh that's how they just randomly hang queens like that'll put you at 300 yeah. In general I feel like my chest strength now compared to even a couple of weeks ago was way higher than two or three months ago. It doesn't necessarily translate anymore to like okay you read this book you did this course you studied this amount of hours of endgame
