Did You Consider a PhD?

I think there's this really interesting phenomenon where for a lot of us, because we go to undergrad, academia is like the first adult thing that we do. I wouldn't necessarily say I made a good decision, but you know, I learned a lot. It's almost like the places where we get educated are feeder programs into it. One of the biggest mistakes people make career wise is they don't really understand day to day experience of doing different careers.
