The Writers' Striking, we're soon to see the actors' striking and these are two really high profile unions in the world. And so I wanted to ask from the AWU perspective, from the tech sector, tech worker perspective, whether some of the conversations and challenges you've been seeing and having around kind of AI and the layoffs happening simultaneously. Let's go there and then we can, in the episode, talk about some maybe opportunities, but let's talk about this kind of the big double issue right now.
