How to Fire Someone on Halloween
In this episode, Halloween, Michael is told that he must fire someone during the month of October due to cutbacks at Dunder Mifflin. But in true Michael fashion, he waits until the very last day of October which also happens to be Halloween. He spends the entire episode trying to figure out what to do while the rest of us are dressing our costumes for the Halloween party. "I love the juxtaposition of that someone is going to get fired while wearing a ridiculous costume," says Jenna Dewan-Tatum.
