Is There a Contract Between Railroads and Railroads?
The railroads are privately owned. You'd have to be nuts to try to compete with the interstate highway system is a private interest, teter and so they don't. They have focused their business on things that don't work well on highways. And so they're eating the investments that were made a century ago. It would almost be as if you took the highways and you said, everybody has to pull off to the side of the road, and while te the trucks, the large semi trucks, go through,. Then when they're not using the road, then you can, you get to go.
