i think i didn't know as much in my first year and a half what i wanted. My manager did try to find opportunities for me to built like a model that predicted stuff on the ads front am, which is a very data sience type of job. The difficulty though, comes, especially if you're unlike a very high performing like team, is you have a lot of responsibilities that need to get done right? So i was finding myself very burnt out. And two burnt out, ike learn how to had a forecast, you know, my ot process was kind of similar to what gi was falf rig the first time around.
