I do theropy once a week. I've been doing it for probably three years now, and i don't but i don't think about it as like img to work on my problems. It's just something that contributes to e being happy. Most people just eal with ns, it's great. But at workin with fiend, friends and family,. these people aren't trained in how to listen to you talk about your life. And so like to have some on ho, like they know exactly how to do that is amazing.
