The History of Jersey
Cauun and Moore caused a minor sensation when they arrived in Jersey. They were considered to be widely eccentric, and dressed in trousers. In May 1940, as Kahuna Moore had feared, the Nazis occupied Paris. German forces quickly spread across the whole of Northern France. The Channel Islands may have been safe but it wasn't for long.
