The Power of Resilience

The resilience to not be too bogged down or distracted by those moments that become very challenging when you can feel that discomfort. Whatever you choose to impress upon yourself, you then express back onto the world. And I think that as a takeaway for me is so substantial because it reminds me that if we're kind of like a coffee percolator and we're living in negative thoughts, negative thoughts are only getting stronger like a cup of coffee.
