Bruce Lee's main sources of inspiration were nowism and zambudism, often filtered through the books written by Alan Watts. Krishnamurti was groomed since childhood by members of the Theosophical Society to be some sort of messiah. He refused this role as messiah and instead suggested that people become their own saviors.
