Is There Any Obstacles to Early Dialysis?
Rather than waiting until somebody needs dialysis, when you're trying to do early detection, what types of obstacles do you run into when yu're trying to implement those plans? Some of the first obstacles were information, really understanding the epidemiology of disease. Then the next implementation, which i worked on, is to say, ok, now we need to educate the patient about kidney health and we also need to educate primary providers.
