Cheers - The Comedy of the Old Men

If i see shit from my twenties, it feels terrifying, just reminds me that i'm getting old. But in cheers are these two characters called cliff and norm,. And they're not important characters, quite one dimensional, you know. The joke is always at them at their expense. Norm and cliff, their characters are pathetic, washed up old men. They're the tragedy in the comedy. You never want to turn into these men. It struck me once again how society's attitude towards age has changed so much over time.
