How to Save for Retirement

I got a letter from the city because I pay my property taxes are local and it says they're going to, I guess they reassess the value of my home for tax purposes. So yeah, I think I'm going to have to pay more. But like it's so, I actually, maybe I'm seeing why the bank had trouble with their escrow account. If you're a wine, ever, there's no reason to have somebody else do it yourself. Right? Unless you have to.
