Is the Court's Decision to Fund Religious Education a Big Deal?

There are 37 states that have laws, or often constitutional provisions, against taxpayer funding for religious education. Some of those state amendments are called blaine amendments, and they have a bad history. They were about blocking parents from choosing catholic school. Is what the roberts court is doing, a fundamental shift in the balance of those two clauses towards free exercise trumps establishment? Has the establishment clause been weakening? Overtime or s ugjusted, it happens to have been weak in the last 50 years that we can remember.
