Aidan: As a leader part of your role is to make sure that people are largely aligned, right, identify the changes that need to be made. And very specifically, we all know we should do one on ones with people on our team. What do those look like and what is your purpose in doing them? Aidan: My approach is generally pretty freeform. It's one on ones. I would say I'm a little bit more intentional with my employees because we've had a discussion about their career aspirations.
