You Can Do a Lot in a Shorter Time Than You Think
When i do at my physical exercise, it doesn' not much time per day, like my little work out to day, it's jush, about 15 minutes. But when you're doing it, focus, ok? Don't listen to effortless english and youl listen to your v ip lessons and thinking about something else. That's a great way to do it. Then you have enough time later in the day to just totally relax, right? It's like when you're working, work, totally work. When you're relaxing, you can totally relax. You get every benefit from your effort.
