The Future of Grocery Consolidation

The FTC is looking at the future of grocery consolidation. The top five chains control upwards of 65% of the market, and this merger would shrink it more. It's pretty devastating for those two chains internally because there's a lot of redundancies when they merge. And that puts a pressure on the supply chain that we said is already whittled down to the bone.
