I'm getting to be into my 40s now and well I'm going to be 40 pretty soon here and I can feel that a certain age has ticked over. So memory exercise and continual memory exercise is that much more important than physical exercise. It's because the muscles they start to decay and one day you wake up and you just think whoa not only am I physically weakened because of the lack of intense exercise but just the memory stuff isn't working as well as it used to. The thing is is that keeping that muscle sharp is going to pay off in a big way when we're landed in the new home in the new land down in Australia and it's gonna be awesome
