The Power of Small Inspiration

I love that exercise of like doing the small thing when you feel that. It's working on our inspiration muscles, essentially. We've got to be more comfortable with knowing that we're going to be stretched. I like gratitude because it's something you don't have to sit and close your eyes to do. And if you do those things regularly enough, you will feel less inclined to do the other things over time. So then it comes back to whatever your foundational practices are. Don't worry about changing your lifestyle at all. Just keep doing what you're doing.
