When i was sued for patent infringement, we all found each other and shared our legal defense fees. We spent about four years as our cause to prove that one sentence in the patent never should have been aproved in the first place. So that was about two million dollars in four years to get the patent office to say, oh yes, i guess somebody had thought of that before the patent was filed. And that was what it took to a make the lawsuit just kind of die like a zombe in the road.
