The Fragile Ceasefire in Sudan

A delicate three day ceasefire is underway in Sudan. The British are looking at this reduction in violence as an opportunity to fly in to desert air strips outside cartoon and try to continue to evacuate what they estimate to be some 4,000 British citizens still being hiding effectively in Sudan. This comes after intense negotiations between the war infactions in Sudan, the Saudis and the US. World Health Organization fears that a laboratory in cartoon has been overrun by an armed group there are fears that measles, polio and other pathogens could be released into the community.
