So I think here we've taught you also some other good phrases just as we've been talking that like I got you or I get you or any of these other ones that you can say instead of saying yeah what I'm saying. And then finally just kind of like starting to practice focusing on your body language and stuff. Just like recording yourself speaking in front of the mirror.
