The thing I'm noodling on you know with respect to data modeling is sort of looking at it more. Currently we tend to view data modeling especially physical modeling is very siloed activities which to some extent makes sense but it misses the broader context of the data life cycle andsort of how data flows right so you know data is like water. So it's it just is and so you got to think of it as a continuum. But at the end of the day you're also dealing with water so you have to go set back and understand the larger construct of both with his water and maybe it flows in different areas but it's still essentially the same thing, he says.
