The way that we regulate hormones in the endocrine system is really moment to moment meaning you know there is a negative feedback loop. So from one moment to another from one hour to another your levels are different because they're supposed to be. Unless you have a legitimate medical diagnosis that's related to dysfunction you don't need to be trying to regulate it externally or perturb it or manipulate it and I think this gets lost right in the wellness industry.
