White-fringed orchids, habanaria, lefaraglutus Flowers are born on a spike from three to six inches long. Their preferred habitat is peat-bogs and swamps in the northeastern United States and eastern Canada to Newfoundland. One who selfishly imagines that all the floral beauty of the earth was created for man-soul delight well wonder why a flower so exquisitely beautiful should be hidden in inaccessible pea bogs.
