The ten week neur muscular am and strength perturbation training programm that's been developed by itson and colleagues is largely successful. The jumping, hopping, landing and the perturbation Training are tiedin to that. In oneo, one of those early papers, they did have, am, four % of the population not cope or not tolerate that programmem. But personally, for me, i adapt that programe, and i slow some of that plimetric stuff down - jumping, hopping and landing stuff down,. Am to probably close to that 12 week mark.
