NVNO Deals - Is There an Opportunity to Move the Narrows?

The National Content Technology cooperative is making some progress on NVNO deals. How do you think that will change the picture right assuming that enough NCTC members take advantage of those agreements to move the needle? I think most of the larger US markets already have cable competition now that the charter in Comcast and most recently Cox are, but small town America doesn't yet have cable competition.
