In 2010, David Cohen co-founded Techstars in Boulder with three other entrepreneurs. The group wanted to fund 10 companies each year and attract some entrepreneurs to Boulder. In the first book that he wrote about startup communities, it was titled Startup Communities. It's still a meaningful company, a meaningful market cap, but so fascinating to think at that moment in time that it was a $20 billion company. And this was going to be the most amazing, incredible transformation ever.
