I love that you highlight. It's people first all the way, because that's the diamond and the rough. That's the bonus is the individual that comes up with the new ideas. If you basically put them in a box and turn out the lights, that's not going to come out. So if the energy isn't there, then why is that person working there anyway? Yeah. There is no use. You might as well just automate it then.
