How Much of Your Time Do You Spend on Product Development?
At any point when i have, like, any free time, i'm spending it on this. I think my max time goes over a hundred per cent. But i always try to reserve time for this whenever i can. And part of that is, am, one strategy i use is on fridays, we really try not to have a lot of meetings.
