Euclidian Distance vs Manhattan Distance
As the eagle flies, it's a straight line from point one to point two. And that is the euclidian distance. If you are working with some machine learning, algrithm, where you want to know the distance between two points and you're working with high dimensional space, use the l one norm slash manhattan distance. Works out better most of the time. But if you ent up having high dimensions, consider using the man Manhattan distance.
