If you're teaching a workshop in person, you want about a month to promote. If your teach ing on line, ten to 14 days is about the right amount of time. The bare minimum promotional content would lude an announcement who this is for and why you should sign up. An early bird discount or bonus works best if you can think of something that would be really valuable to your participants.
