The Marriage Agreement - A Feminist Manifesto
Alexandra was a feminist in the early 19 seventies, and she wrote a book called the marriage agreement. It was basically like one of the first marriage books or documents that argued explicitly for this idea of fairness. And to her credit, this was revolutionary at the time. But looking back, it actually becomes very useful for us to illustrate why this model of constantly keeping score drives all of us crazy in marriages.
