The Apocalypse in the New Testament

There's a difference in the academic world between saying something is an apocalypse, which is this type of literature, versus saying that something has an apocalyptic view. So I would say the whole New Testament has an apocalyptic worldview. But this particular type of literature is apocalypse only happens in Revelation. Isaiah and Ezekiel are some things you can call proto-apocalyptic, meaning they're sort of heading towards that way.
