Malignant Hypertension TMA
A typical HUS is one case and a million in the overall population. I had a guy with an endothelialosis that was almost like a pre-TMA. That's becoming more common. And so perhaps we should be doing genetic testing in our younger populations who are having that issue. This is the thing that I feel like I run into and I think about or see these patients. They have hypertension and they have, I would have called it maha, but like TMA. The question is, which one is driving the boat? And I always feel like I'm not sure which one it is.
