Does God Change His Mind Like Us?

Moses tells us in chapter 6, verse 6 that the Lord was sorry that he had made man on the earth. It says that even it grieved his heart. Later in the, in the Pentateuch and in Numbers 23, 19, Moses tells us that God is not man that he should lie or a son of man that he shouldn't change his mind. And so somehow we have to hold together these things that are intention where God is immutable and he never changes. We will talk more about that next week.
