Every single relationship and friendship and relationship with your parents, or whatever, it has a way of operating. It's made up of a bunch of different subconscious beliefs and all sorts of stuff. By changing the dynamic or the paradime, you completely change and transform what the relationship will be in the future. And if you want a better result, usually, from my experience, it happens from supporting, listening and nurturing, versus controlling and being in authority.
